The DHS scoop is so rigid it is considered by many emergency services as a superior spinal unit for immobilisation & transfers of suspected spinal cases. The DHS Aussiscoop also features low profile design, multiple attachment points and simple to use lock and release mechanisms. Xray & CT Scan compatible. Ideal for hip injuries and accident victims. Supports a patient in the position found, reducing the risk of further injury. Features include a narrow foot-end frame for handling in confined areas, telescoping tubes allow length adjustments to fit patients of various heights.
