Customer Notification and Approval Requirement: If you, the purchaser, intend to use any product purchased from River Medical for clinical use, it is imperative that you notify us in writing and seek our prior written approval. This is to ensure that River Medical can fulfil its regulatory duties and verify the suitability and compliance of the equipment for such use. Please follow these steps for notification and approval:
  • a. Submit a written request to admin@rivermedical.com.au with the subject line "Clinical Use Approval Request."
  • b. Include details of the intended use, the specific product, and any relevant documentation.
  • c. Await written confirmation and further instructions from River Medical before proceeding with clinical use.
  • 3. Regulatory Compliance: River Medical adheres to all applicable Australian regulations governing the sale and distribution of medical devices. By purchasing from River Medical, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following requirements:
